TRIPLE SHOCKER ROCKS SMALL COMMUNITY!
SALLY PEEP KILLED BY WILFRED PEEP - |
||
Further discoveries continued to rock the town of Little Lamb Village. Still reeling from the report of Sally Peeps murder (reported last issue), it has been discovered that the murderer was the not the stranger Warren Wolfson, but actually the previuously well-loved and respected leader of the community, Wilfred Peep The Wheelwright.
After the trial of Mr Wolfson, where he was found guilty, his sentence of being burnt at the stake was about to be carried out when Tony Lewis - also a stranger to the town - came forward with new evidence. The evidence in question not also proved Mr Wolfson's innocence, but also confirmed Mr Peep's guilt.
Until suitable punishment is decided, Wilfred Peep is being kept under close guard. It has been debated that due to his previous high standing and the regard held for him - |
not to mention the contributions he has brought to the town - that he should not be burnt at the stake. A full trial will be held shortly.
Barbara Peep, Manageress The Baa Bar I am firmly campaigning for 'an eye for an eye' result from the jury; Wilfred should be burnt for what he did. He deserves no better than what we were going to give to that Wolf. I'm also requesting that out of town sheep be brought in to form the jury - Wilf was on very good terms with all the sheep in Little Lamb Village, and they could easily be swayed by that friendship. May he die horribly." A funeral will be held for Sally Peep in three days time. For details contact Barbara Peep. |
In amongst the astounding revelation of Sally's murderer, it was also revealed that Wilfred Peep had diverted the magic wishing well stream several decades ago to keep all the magic for his family. After discovering this, authorities redirected the stream and the the wishing well has once again filled up with its magic waters. In light of the recent return of magic to the wishing well, William the Village Idiot will be contributing his own column to 'Little Lamb Gazette'. Titled 'William's Wishing Well', it will discuss the issues of the day. Those issues will - of course - be wishing well related. Turn to page thirteen. |
